Paid Training Pay:

$18 - $24 per hour + performance opportunities. Full-Time This isn't a basic spray route. Our Initial Service Technicians handle the first service for every new customer. You're the first impression. You set the standard. You solve the problem the right way from day one. If you like working independently, staying busy, and taking pride in thorough work, this role is built for you. What You'll Be Doing Perform detailed first-time pest control services for new customers Conduct full inspections and identify entry points and conducive conditions Apply treatments safely and according to company standards Walk homeowners through what you found and what you did Recommend additional services when appropriate Document services accurately in our system You're not just applying product. You're building trust and protecting homes. What You Get Company vehicle provided for work use Paid on-the-job training 3 twelve-hour shifts (four days off every week) Consistent, year-round work Clear path to grow into senior tech, sales, or leadership roles What We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable talking with homeowners Coachable and willing to improve Able to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, construction, or similar field work is helpful — but we'll train the right person. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Bend, kneel, climb, and operate equipment throughout the day We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
