Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety regulations. Provide product and plan explanations and educate clients on pest prevention techniques. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and client interactions. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate leads. Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with existing customers and pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support. Create service contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in outside sales, pest control, or business development is a plus. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
