What We Offer Base pay starting at $20/hr+ DOE, top performers move to production pay asap Once on production pay: Expect to make $50k-70k/yr+ Additional commission and bonus opportunities Automatic raises each year with the company Additional pay for pest license holders Strong growth opportunities (we plan to grow nearly 50% next year alone!) Health insurance stipend Paid time off that grows each year you're with Vinx Company vehicle, gas card, and uniforms provided Supportive team environment with growth potential Key Responsibilities Run a daily route, performing pest control services for customers while maintaining outstanding customer service standards Communicate with customers face-to-face, via apps or notes, and via phone calls, etc Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with safety regulations Deliver a professional experience and swiftly address customer needs in varying weather conditions Observation and communication to customers of additional potential services is expected Core focus on completion, service quality, customer service, upgrades/upselling, and safe company vehicle driving. REQUIRED

Qualifications A strong work ethic, punctuality, dependability, and honesty Articulate, kind, and genuine customer service and communication skills Basic aptitude and willingness to communicate upgrades/upsells to customers Willingness to work in hot and cold weather conditions Must be 21 years or older for insurability purposes Clean driving record This position is subject to drug screening, background, and MVR check. Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of face-to-face customer service communication & skills Proven track record of upselling customers Proven track record of safe and efficient driving 1+ years of pest control experience Why Vinx Pest Control?
