is looking for new team members. We specialize in Pest and Termite Control. A high school diploma, good communication skills, a stable work history, good driving record and a genuine desire to learn the Pest Control Business is all that is required, while a Virginia state registered technician license or certification is a plus, we will be happy to train the right individual. Pay is based upon experience. Starting salary is based upon 40 hours a week which we guarantee year round! Your take home pay can be significantly increased with commissions from sales and opportunities for overtime. We pay half of our employees health insurance we also have paid vacations and paid holidays Conducting inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pests and determine the most effective treatment plan.
  • Applying pesticides and other pest control treatments in a safe and effective manner.
  • Educating customers on how to prevent future pest infestations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pest control treatments and inspections.
  • Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service.
