Pest Control Crawl Space - LEAD TECHNICIAN

Crawl Space Restoration Crew Lead Opportunity to work with a 25-year-old growing family business providing multiple solutions to invasive pest problems in buildings. Pest control is a fascinating industry and there is always more to learn no matter how long you're in the business. This job is specifically for crawl space and attic restoration where rodents and wildlife have contaminated and/or ruined the area.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00am (at the Office) and working until 2:00pm to 5:00pm (subject to finishing the job of the day). Occasionally Saturdays, especially during the summer. No Sundays.

Duties include:

• Remove and replace vapor barrier
• Remove and replace insulation
• Remove animal carcasses and sanitize
• Seal up access openings to prevent future rodent entry. Includes replacing foundation vent screens, metal flashing, minor concrete repairs, some digging and trenching to install screen barriers.
• Ladder work required for roof and dormer area repairs.

Wages:

• Full-Time position at $35 per hour Minimum requirements:
• MUST have clean driving record and be able to provide driving record
• Clean cut appearance
• Maximum weight limit of 220 lb. due to safety and access requirements
