Compensation & Benefits We provide paid, on-the-job training at $22/hour for the first 90 days, with an increase to $25/hour upon successful completion. You'll be provided with a company vehicle and gas card, and will typically service a minimum of 25 locations per day, making time management and punctuality essential. About the Role As a Full-time Pest Control Technician, you are often the face of our company. Customers trust you in their homes, so integrity, professionalism, and reliability are critical. You'll inspect properties, identify pest activity, and apply effective treatments while communicating honestly and providing consistent, high-quality service.
