As a Pest Technician, you won't be tied to a desk; you'll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers, on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You'll become an expert in applying our company's products to safely eliminate pests. Our Techs serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs. Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, helping with sales to current customers, and expanding our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product / service information when working with our customers onsite. Experience is great, but we also train people to do what we love. We will teach you everything you need to know to succeed and be the best in your field! You will receive guidance and plenty of support from our talented, super-smart colleagues and leadership team.Work conditions:
Pests don't always live in nice places — and that's where we do our work. But don't worry - we'll prepare you with all you need to do the work safely and as comfortably as possible. You'll need to be able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear. We are looking for an experienced Pest Technician to join our team!! Candidates with a current WSDA Commercial Operator License (Structural Pest Control) are highly preferred!Wage Range:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.The Perks:
