Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Tree Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit residential and commercial properties, assess trees and landscaping needs, and provide accurate estimates for tree services. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify tree conditions and recommend appropriate services. Responsibilities Meet with customers at their properties to evaluate trees and discuss service needs. Assess tree health, size, location, and project complexity. Prepare and present accurate estimates for tree trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, and other tree services. Explain recommended services and answer customer questions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on estimates and assist in closing sales opportunities. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project scheduling and execution. Maintain accurate records of estimates, customer interactions, and project details. Qualifications Experience in tree care, arboriculture, landscaping, or estimating preferred. Knowledge of tree species, health assessment, and tree service practices is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently. Valid driver's license Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
