Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tree groundman Worker to join our team. This position involves various tasks related to the care and maintenance of trees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience in tree care, landscaping. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Operate bucket trucks for high-reaching tasks safely and efficiently. Utilize rigging techniques for the safe handling of larger trees during transport or maintenance. Skills Proficiency in tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and overall maintenance. Experience with landscaping practices and lawn care is highly desirable. Familiarity with operating bucket trucks safely in various environments. Knowledge of rigging methods for handling trees during planting or removal processes. Understanding of horticulture principles, including growing experience with various tree species.
