Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a growing tree care team serving residential and commercial customers throughout Sussex County, Delaware. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of professional tree climbing experience and be comfortable working at heights while performing pruning, removals, and other tree care services. Responsibilities Climb trees using industry-approved climbing techniques and equipment Assist with tree pruning, trimming, and removals Safely operate ropes, rigging equipment, chainsaws, and other tree care tools Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work effectively as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently Maintain equipment and ensure work sites are left clean and professional Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of tree climbing experience required Ability to work safely at heights in various weather conditions Experience with climbing gear, rigging systems, and chainsaws Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Overtime opportunities available If you're an experienced climber looking for steady year-round work, competitive pay, and a strong team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
