Duties Safely ascend and descend trees using climbing gear, ensuring secure rigging and pruning techniques. Perform precise tree trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and landscape aesthetics. Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts efficiently for elevated work tasks. Utilize rigging skills to strategically dismantle or prune large limbs or trees with minimal impact on surroundings. Skills Proven experience in tree climbing with a strong understanding of safety protocols. Skilled in rigging techniques for safe removal or pruning of large limbs or trees. Familiarity with SRT for elevated work. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, planting, and disease management. Growing experience in arboriculture or horticulture is highly desirable for ongoing development.
