Zimmerman Tree Service Zimmerman Tree Service is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Tree Groundsman with a CDL to join our growing team in Lake Worth, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values safety, and takes pride in being part of a strong, team-oriented crew. As a Tree Groundsman, you will support tree trimming and removal operations, operate equipment, and drive company vehicles to and from job sites. Responsibilities:

Assist with tree removal, pruning, chipping, and general clean-up Load brush and wood into chippers and haul debris from job sites Operate chainsaws, blowers, and other ground equipment safely Drive trucks and tow trailers to and from job sites (CDL required) Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment Work closely with the crew and foreman to ensure efficient operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record Experience in tree work, landscaping, or general outdoor labor preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work in hot, humid conditions Familiarity with chainsaws, chippers, and tree service equipment is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
