This role involves providing high-quality tree care services, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees and landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree trimming, horticulture, and landscape maintenance, along with the ability to operate specialized equipment safely and effectively. Must be able to travel and have a valid drivers license. Bonus $1,000.00 sign on bonus. $500.00 after first 2 weeks, then $500.00 after 90 day period. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain health and appearance. Utilize rigging techniques for safe tree removal and handling. Operate bucket trucks for elevated work on trees. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Experience Proven experience in tree care, including trimming, pruning, and removal. Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe tree handling. Experience operating bucket trucks and other related equipment. Background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or landscaping preferred. Strong understanding of horticulture principles and practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
