This role is for a seasoned professional who can step in and lead a crew from day one. What You'll Do Lead and manage a tree crew on daily job sites Climb and prune trees using ropes, harnesses, and professional climbing systems Safely perform complex tree removals and rigging operations Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment Plan each job with safety and efficiency in mind Communicate clearly with crew members and support a strong safety culture Leave each job site clean and completed to company standards What We're Looking For 10 or more years of experience in the tree care industry At least 5 years of experience leading a tree crew CDL Class A or B required Proven climbing experience using modern systems and rigging techniques Strong leadership and decision making skills on job sites Ability to step into a crew lead role immediately with little to no training Strong work ethic and commitment to safety What You'll Get $37 to $45 per hour based on experience Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k match Certification reimbursement and career growth opportunities At Caldwell Tree Care, we take pride in skilled work and strong crews.
