Bucket Truck Operator

Job Overview Small locally owned and operated tree removal company (residential & commercial) has Immediate opening for Experienced bucket truck operator. Climbing experience is a bonus! CDL is a bonus! Must have minimum of 5 yrs experience. Must know all your knots and be able to demonstrate. DO NOT apply if you are a beginner. Starting pay will be between $30 ~ $35 per hr. Pay is based on YOUR experience. Bucket Truck Operator! Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for tree trimming and maintenance tasks. Perform tree care activities including pruning, shaping, and removal as needed. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance projects effectively. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status and any potential issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Assist in the growth of the company by providing high-quality service that meets client expectations. Qualifications Proven experience operating bucket trucks is a MUST . Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with maintenance and basic mechanical skills. Snow plowing & salting knowledge a plus. Knowledge of skid loader, mini skid, stump grinder, chipper and various other equipment used in tree work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a requirement and candidates will not be considered without this.
