Job Description
Jon's Tree Service, Inc. is hiring for a Bucket Truck Operator in Michigan City, IN.
Position:
Seeking an experienced Bucket Truck Tree Trimmer to join our team. Responsibilities include trimming and pruning trees from an aerial lift, safely operating bucket trucks and equipment, removing limbs, and assisting with tree removals. Must be safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working at heights. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience.Requirements:
- Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations in accordance with company policies and standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold) throughout the year
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to read and understand technical documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural forms
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record for the past 10 years.
