Job Description
Overview We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Tree Crew Member to assist with professional tree care services including tree trimming, removals, storm cleanup, rigging operations, and equipment operation. This position works outdoors in all weather conditions and requires a strong work ethic, common sense, attention to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsiblities Assist with tree trimming, pruning, removals and stump grinding Support climbers and equipment operators during tree work Operate chainsaws, chippers, blowers, and other tree care equipment safely Perform storm damage cleanup and emergency response work Load and haul brush, logs, and debris Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Communicate professionally with crew members and customers Help inspect and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment Operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly while adhering to all DOT regulations and compliance Qualifications Previous tree care or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required Valid driver's license required (CDL A or B is a plus) Experience with chainsaws, rigging, climbing, or heavy equipment is a plus Ability to work safely around equipment and at heights Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up ready to perform, works safely, and represents the company professionally.
