Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Tree Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 experience in tree care and maintenance, with a focus on trimming and pruning trees to maintain their health and appearance. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces.Responsibilities:
- Perform tree trimming and pruning services to maintain the health and appearance of trees and shrubs.
- Use specialized equipment, including bucket trucks and rigging equipment, to safely and efficiently trim and prune trees.
- Conduct pre-trim assessments to determine the best pruning techniques and ensure a safe and effective trimming process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with our tree trimming services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tree trimming and pruning, with a focus on maintaining the health and appearance of trees and shrubs.
- Experience with bucket operation and rigging equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
