Position Overview 855 TREEMAN is hiring full-time Tree Crew members — climbers, groundmen/laborers, bucket truck operators, equipment operators, and crew leaders. Join an experienced, safety-first team that values hard work, training, and a positive crew culture. What You'll Do Trim, prune, and remove trees Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, skid steers and other equipment safely Rigging and rope work for climbers; support crew operations for groundmen Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment Follow jobsite safety procedures and use PPE Communicate with crew and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule Represent 855 TREEMAN professionally on customer properties What We Offer PTO (paid time off) and paid federal holidays OFF Christmas Eve-New Years day with pay 401(k) options Weekends off (unless you want hours) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Modern, professionally maintained equipment and branded gear On-the-job training, mentor-style support, and clear advancement paths Competitive pay based on experience We're Looking For Previous tree work experience preferred but not required for entry-level roles Chainsaw, bucket truck, or aerial lift experience a plus Valid driver's license; CDL a plus for certain roles Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights, and in varying weather Reliable, punctual, safety-minded team players with a strong work ethic Why 855 TREEMAN?
