Tree Climber/Foreman

Heartwood Landscaping and Tree Services is hiring! We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as tree climbers and grounds operators. As one of the leading providers in the industry, Heartwood is dedicated to maintaining the health and beauty of trees while ensuring the safety of both their employees and clients.

Tree Climbers:

The ideal candidates for the climbing positions should possess a strong passion for arboriculture and possess the necessary skills to efficiently and safely navigate the trees, while also demonstrating a keen attention to detail. Tree climbers will be responsible for executing a variety of pruning, trimming, and removal tasks, employing advanced techniques and equipment to ensure optimal results. Duties also include stump grinding, cabling, and installing lightning protection. Heartwood values professionalism, dependability, and teamwork. Example rates:

Five years of tree climbing experience = $26/hr. Eight years of tree climbing experience = $30/hr. Ten years of tree climbing experience = $36/hr. Master tree climber (10+ years of experience) = $40/hr.
