Foreman

We are a small tree service growing and expanding our crew. This job will involve a variety of tasks associated with tree service. We are looking for someone who is driven, has a good attitude, can learn new skills and work well with others. We are less concerned with prior qualifications and more interested in hiring the right person that can grow into the role.

• Leading and managing a dedicated team of tree care professionals
• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the crew
• Managing and maintaining tree service equipment, ensuring that it is used safely and effectively
• Performing hands-on tree care tasks as needed, continuing to learn and develop skills
• Resolving any issues that arise during projects, applying problem-solving skills to address challenges related to tree care, team dynamics, or client expectations
• Participating in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay current with industry standards and advancements in tree care
