Full Job Description We are looking for dedicated groundsmen, trimmers, and tree climbers to join our team. This is a full-time 1099 position with competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, based on knowledge, skill, and effort. Tree climbers and CDL drivers start at $35 per hour. This is a full-time, 1099 position, offering a competitive compensation with rates ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, commensurate with knowledge, skill level, and daily effort. While experience in tree care or landscaping is a plus, it is not required. We welcome those with a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Operate a range of equipment, including bucket trucks, stump grinders, brush chippers, loaders, and other specialized tools. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Support crew members by controlling lowering ropes, limbs, and climbers. Perform tasks like cutting shipping, and loading brush and wood. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Requirements A desire to work outdoors and embrace the challenges. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, CDL certification is a plus. Confidence and skill in operating a chainsaw. Ability to handle and transport various tree hardwood and brush materials. Effective verbal communication skills for smooth team collaboration and safety. Desirable Skills Familiarity with tree care safety protocols and industry standards Experience operating aerial lifts, such as bucket trucks.
