Electrical Journeyman

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of electrical experience with a current Minnesota Journey License, experience in a variety of electrical installations, and in good standing with the Minnesota Licensing Board. Strong work ethic, successful working independently, and thrive within a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to apply knowledge in an effective manner. Valid drivers license and the ability to pass both a criminal background check and pre-employment substance test is required. Experience driving a full sized pickup truck with an enclosed trailer attached. Ability to easily move around the worksite throughout the day and regularly lift and/or move 50lbs. This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road

M-F. 75-90

% overnight travel throughout the Midwest. Per diem is $175/night when you are 60+ miles from our shop in Shakopee (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend).

Responsibilities:

Effectively and concisely communicate with crew members and the PM overseeing the job. Read construction drawings, equipment mounting/installation, testing/troubleshooting completion of close out documents and other duties as assigned. Adhere to established regulations, standards and company policies and procedures and pay special attention to safety requirements and regulations. Address crew complaints and/or conflicts in a professional manner. Lead by example.
