Job Description
Job Overview Allen's Tree Service is seeking experienced Tree Climber(s) to join our growing team. Starting Pay $28.00 per hour or higher based on experience and qualifications. Requirements Minimum 2 years of tree climbing experience Ability to perform tree pruning, removals, rigging, and aerial operations safely and efficiently Willingness to learn and follow our company procedures and processes Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions License Requirements Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Must possess at least a Chauffeur's License CDL is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation Responsibilities Tree pruning and removals Safe operation of chainsaws and climbing equipment Rigging and aerial work Assisting with crew leadership and job site safety Following ANSI standards and company safety policies at all times Maintaining a clean and professional job site Join a professional, safety-focused team with opportunities for growth and advancement.
