Physical stamina — Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, stand, bend, and walk for long periods. Outdoor work readiness — Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold. Basic tool handling — Ability to safely use hand tools (rakes, shovels, pruners) and small power equipment (string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers). Tree‑Trimming Responsibilities Ground crew support — Drag branches, feed chipper, manage ropes, and maintain safe work zones. Chainsaw basics — Operate small saws and follow strict safety protocols. Safety spotting — Watch for hazards, assist other climbers, and maintain communication.

Qualifications:

Tree climbing and trimming experience required. Strong understanding of safety standards Reliable transportation is a must.
