Tree Care Crew Leader, Tree Climber, & Groundsmen

Job Overview Crew Leaders, Climbers, and Groundmen — Apply Today! We are hiring tree care professionals to join our team in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We are currently hiring for three positions: Crew Leader / Foreman, Tree Climber, and Groundman . We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals who take pride in safe work practices, quality results, and working efficiently as part of a team. Experience is required for all positions. Groundman - The Groundman supports the crew with daily tree service operations and job site cleanup.

Responsibilities include:

Assist crews with pruning, removals, debris handling, and cleanup Operate chainsaws, chippers, hand tools, and other equipment as assigned Drag brush, feed chipper, load debris, and help maintain job flow Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Minimum experience required: 2 years of tree service experience Tree Climber - The Tree Climber performs tree pruning and removals while following proper safety, climbing, rigging, and cutting practices.

Responsibilities include:

Perform aerial tree pruning and removals Use climbing gear, ropes, rigging equipment, and/or aerial lifts when needed Safely operate chainsaws and related equipment Work closely with the Crew Leader and ground crew Maintain awareness of property, equipment, and crew safety at all times Minimum experience required: 5 years of tree service/climbing experience Crew Leader / Foreman - The Crew Leader / Foreman is responsible for leading daily job site operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and lead a tree crew on residential and commercial jobs Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices Communicate with customers, crew members, office staff, and ownership professionally Keep the crew organized and productive throughout the day Ensure jobs are completed within scope and job sites are left clean and orderly Minimum experience required: 5 years of tree service experience Leadership experience preferred Requirements - Requirements vary by role, but all applicants must have: Required experience for the position applying for

Pay:
