Positions Available:

Climber/Arborist :

Hourly per experience, plus bonuses ,

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Embrace and contribute to our passion for nature, the outdoors, and environmental care. Operate and maintain our fleet of advanced tree service equipment, including aerial lifts (CMC Arborist 72HD, 83HD), articulating bobcats, chippers, and stump grinders (RG 55, RG80). Perform tree removal, pruning, trimming, and shaping with minimal climbing, utilizing spider lifts. Participate in maintenance, landscaping projects, and groundsman duties as needed. Ensure adherence to our stringent safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in tree services preferred; aerial lift operation experience is a plus. Clean driving record; B class license is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Clean criminal background and drug-free. Tech-savvy individuals will thrive in our app-based operational model.
