We are currently hiring a Wildlife and Exclusion Technician who can learn quickly, digest technical information, and thrive working in a team environment. Our Wildlife and Exclusion Technicians play a pivotal role in our commitment to relationship-based pest management. Collaborating with both residential and commercial clients, responsibilities include: Inspecting residential and commercial properties Identifying wildlife entry points and activity Trapping and resolving nuisance wildlife issues Performing exclusion work to prevent future infestations Completing light carpentry repairs and metal fabrication (using a brake) Communicating clearly with customers and teammates Utilizing mobile technology for documentation and reporting This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning technical skills, and delivering excellent customer service. Individuals should be capable of reaching with hands and arms, climbing on ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Applicants must possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and should be comfortable working on ladders up to 40 feet. Technicians should anticipate working in various climates.
