We are located in Barberton, OH, with only one centralized location. We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills daily. As a Foreman , you will be responsible for leading your crew safely, efficiently, and effectively from start to finish on each job, while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Ability to prune and remove trees in limited drop zones. Minimum of 3 years of professional climbing experience. Valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred). Ability to operate a heavy-duty manual transmission vehicle. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Working knowledge of tree care equipment. Consistent use of proper PPE and safety procedures. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
