Tree Service - Ground Work

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker to join our crew and support daily tree‑care operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and learning new skills in the tree‑service industry, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Assist climbers and equipment operators during tree removals, pruning, and trimming Operate chainsaws, chippers, mini skid steers, ropes, and other tools safely Drag, chip, and load brush, logs, and debris Maintain a clean and safe job site Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance Communicate clearly with crew members to ensure efficient workflow Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in all weather conditions Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license (preferred) Experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is a plus but not required — we will train the right person What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for raises and advancement On‑the‑job training Overtime opportunities A supportive, safety‑focused work environment Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during busy seasons
