Tree Crew Worker - Ironwood Tree Co. Tulsa/Northeast Oklahoma Area Who We're Looking For We're a growing tree service company looking for hardworking people to join our crew. You don't need years of experience — we'll train you on everything from chainsaw operation to climbing and equipment. What we can't teach is work ethic and dependability. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what you do, we want to talk to you. What the Job Looks Like Physical outdoor work every day — cutting, chipping, hauling, and cleanup Learning to safely operate equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and eventually bucket trucks and stump grinders Working alongside experienced crew members on residential and commercial tree jobs Loading and unloading equipment, keeping the job site clean and safe Representing Ironwood professionally in customers' yards What We Require Valid driver's license with a clean record — non-negotiable Reliable transportation to get to work on time Ability to pass a background check Physical fitness — this is demanding outdoor labor Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures What We Prefer (but will train) Any prior tree, landscaping, or construction experience Comfort working at heights Basic knowledge of hand tools or power equipment What You Can Expect From Us Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training — we invest in people who show up Work with a crew that takes the job seriously Opportunity to grow into higher-skill roles as you prove yourself To Apply Apply through Indeed or call/text us directly.
