Entry Level Field Technician

Position Summary As an Entry Level Field Technician you will be working in a team environment, assisting with modification inspections, tower mappings, antenna audits, and tower maintenance. Traveling across the country for upto 10+ days and climbing to heights of 500 feet or more , you will learn from the ground up with industry professionals, develop specialized technical skills, and acquire certifications leading to career advancement opportunities. Education/Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Experience/Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to travel Must be located near a major airport for this position due to travel requirements. Must be able to work in outdoor elements; through all seasons Ability to work at heights (safety training provided) Other Skills/Abilities Commitment to excellence and high standards Clear and effective communication skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent work ethic and time management skills Customer and detail oriented Self-starter with a willingness to learn Works well in a team environment
