Tree Trimmers — Adler Tree & Landscaping Service Pay is based on related tree work experience, skill level, reliability, equipment operation, CDL, and ability to work safely as part of a crew. Adler Tree & Landscaping Service is growing and looking for dependable, motivated Tree Trimmers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have experience in tree trimming, tree removal, pruning, clearing, or related outdoor labor. The right person takes pride in their work, shows up on time, follows safety procedures, works well with a crew, and understands the importance of leaving each property clean and professional. Job Duties May Include:
Trimming, pruning, topping, and reshaping trees Removing low-hanging, dead, damaged, or excess branches Maintaining clearance around roads, properties, equipment, and utility/powerline areas Operating and maintaining required tools and equipment, including chainsaws, pole saws, pruners, hand tools, and other tree care equipment Working from the ground, ladders, bucket trucks, or other approved equipment as needed Climbing, reaching, lifting, carrying, and working with hands above head for extended periods Working on uneven, slippery, or difficult terrain Performing physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Assisting with job site setup, cleanup, brush removal, and debris handling Communicating professionally with property owners, customers, crew members, and supervisors Helping obtain access to properties and explaining work to be completed when needed Following all company safety standards and job site procedures We want team members who take pride in the finished job, from safe trimming and proper cleanup to treating customers, properties, and crew members with respect. A current and valid driver's license is required . Tree trimming experience is preferred. CDL, bucket truck experience, climbing experience, chainsaw experience, and utility clearance experience are all a plus and may be considered for higher pay.
