Tree Trimmer

Job Description:

Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal services near utility lines using climbing equipment, bucket trucks, chainsaws, and hand tools. Safely cut and lower branches, remove debris, operate wood chippers, and assist with loading and unloading materials. Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment while following all safety procedures and traffic control guidelines. Employees may also assist with storm response and emergency work as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights up to 50+ feet Ability to safely operate chainsaws, hand tools, and equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency storm response as needed Strong attention to safety and ability to work around energized power lines

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous tree trimming, landscaping, utility, or outdoor labor experience Experience with climbing gear, bucket trucks, or chainsaws CDL is a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor, physically demanding position working around heavy equipment, traffic, uneven terrain, and utility lines. Must be able to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions.
