Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tree Service Crew Member and play a vital role in maintaining healthy, beautiful landscapes through expert tree care and maintenance. In this energetic position, you will assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects while ensuring safety and efficiency at every step. Your growing experience in horticulture, landscaping, and equipment operation will help create thriving outdoor spaces that delight clients and enhance communities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in arboriculture and landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate bucket trucks, cranes, rigging equipment, and other tools to access and work on trees at various heights Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal with precision to promote tree health and safety Support rigging operations to carefully lower large branches or trees using ropes and pulleys Maintain equipment such as bucket trucks and hand tools, ensuring they are in good working condition Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Experience Prior experience or growing knowledge in tree care, horticulture, or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with bucket operation and bucket truck use is a plus Basic understanding of rigging techniques for safe tree removal or limb lowering Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is advantageous Ability to learn and apply skills related to tree trimming, pruning, and general arboriculture practices Strong work ethic with a willingness to develop expertise in tree service operations Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Drivers license is required Join us to grow your career in the thriving field of arboriculture! $16.00 - $32.00 per hour
