If you have at least one year of climbing experience, we want to talk to you! As a Climbing Arborist at Peak, you will apply your knowledge in tree pruning, removals and technical rigging when required. Maintaining a safe work environment and high level of professionalism is always an expectation for all our employees. Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE during tree care operations Perform tree pruning according to industry best practices and without the use of climbing spurs Use of industry standard climbing and rigging techniques Tree removals large and small Practical knowledge and use of chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers and aerial lifts Perform a daily safety inspection of climbing gear, vehicles, tools and equipment Provide exceptional customer service to clients and communicate effectively with fellow crew members Requirements Passionate about tree work and the outdoors A minimum of 1 year climbing experience Ability to work well and collaborate with others on the team Ability and willingness to perform work in all weather conditions High attention to detail to help uphold Peak's high standard of quality Valid driver's license is preferred Possess a 'safety first' mindset Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and skill sets Positive work environment with growth opportunities Equipment provided by Peak with options of reduced cost equipment for personal use Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition & continuing education reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision insurance options
