Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Crew Forman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and maintenance, with experience in climbing and operating equipment necessary for tree trimming and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of tree health, safety practices, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees. Operate climbing rigs and bucket trucks safely to access high branches. Conduct thorough assessments of trees for health, disease, and safety hazards. Implement proper tree care techniques including fertilization, pest management, and disease control. Maintain landscape areas around trees, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. Utilize GIS technology for mapping and managing tree inventory as needed. Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and operating equipment. Requirements 2 Years Proven experience in tree care, and hazard tree removal Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and equipment operation (bucket trucks, climbing gear). Knowledge of plant biology and horticulture practices related to tree growth and health. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks at heights. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
