PLOT Internship Program:

Our 12-week PLOT "Professional Leaders of Tomorrow" Internship Program gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while focusing on a key project for the team. You'll gain new skills, apply what you learn, and present your findings directly to leadership. You will get to connect with interns in other areas of the business and attend learning sessions to grow your knowledge. This is more than just an internship - it's your chance to make a real impact, build industry knowledge, and sharpen your abilities in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Role:

Support daytoday branch and field operations, including storage, handling, and distribution of fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, and other ag inputsGain handson exposure to agricultural supply chain operations, working alongside warehouse, operations, and field teams during the growing seasonAssist with inventory tracking and operational reporting, helping ensure accurate product availability and timely support for grower customersFollow WilburEllis safety standards and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support a safe, efficient, and successful seasonConform to the normal working hours of the Wilbur-Ellis locationPresent a final project overview of your Internship to senior leadership What You Bring to the

Role:

College student majoring in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Ag Business, or a related field is preferred Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations is preferred Comply with company safety standards including a clean driving record Willingness and desire to work overtime hours and occasional Saturdays Ability to safely operate company machinery within state laws and company policies and guidelines Ability to repetitively bend, kneel, and walk long distances while working in a non-climate-controlled environment and outside in inclement weather What Makes You a

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour depending on location. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
