What you'll focus on: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Drive sales of agricultural equipment by showcasing the value and performance of our product lineup. Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment. Participate in weekly sales meetings that facilitate organization-wide sales communication. Stay informed on the latest equipment trends and technologies to offer expert advice by participating in training sessions, events, and industry conferences. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department and dealership.
What we need from you:
Experience in agriculture or related industries. A natural talent for building relationships, winning customer trust, and closing deals with confidence. Self-starter attitude with exceptional communication, organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Capability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between stores and customer locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial): Foundational knowledge of John Deere equipment. Understanding of precision agricultural practices. Proven track record of sales success, backed by measurable achievements and impressive results (e.g., exceeding sales quotas, driving revenue growth, or expanding market share).
