• Hire and supervise seasonal and temporary staff while providing daily guidance to full-time employees involved in field processes
• Partner with the Location Manager to conduct meaningful employee reviews
• Implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and proactively initiate problem-solving strategies to enhance location performance
• Maintain a safe work environment by implementing company safety programs and ensuring strict adherence to the Worker Protection Standard and the Migrant & Seasonal Labor Protection Act
• Monitor stored bulk seed diligently to ensure all seed quality standards are consistently maintained Working hours:

• 4-year degree in Agriculture is preferred; however, we value a strong agricultural background and at least four years of related experience or a deep understanding of seed production
• Proficiency in computer systems is required, with a preference for candidates possessing advanced technical skills

Education:

High School Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent
• 4 years experience within a supervisory, leadership, or managerial position
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and motivate teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complex field operations accurately
