Summary:

Properly store, secure, handle, care for and issue goods, material and merchandise for all bars and cocktail stations as well as act as a property host.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain all assigned equipment in a proper working manner, reporting all problems, damage and general condition as required to the Beverage Manager or Beverage Supervisor. Continually monitor, maintain and clean all areas of responsibility. Fill in for bartender as needed. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned
