Direct Hire, 4 days/week On-site About the Opportunity Our client is a forward-thinking organization leveraging Microsoft's AI ecosystem to drive innovation, automation, and smarter decision-making across the business. They are deeply invested in modern cloud architecture, responsible AI practices, and scalable solutions that create real business impact. They are looking for you—an experienced AI Solutions Architect—to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot, and machine learning technologies. What You Get to Do Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning Lead implementation and customization of Microsoft Copilot across M365, Power Platform, and Dynamics Architect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI solutions aligned with business objectives Partner with IT, data, and business teams to identify and deliver AI use cases Build and maintain data pipelines supporting AI and ML workloads Ensure AI solutions align with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best-practice guidance Monitor AI model performance and continuously optimize solutions Stay current on Microsoft AI advancements and emerging industry trends What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in IT, cloud architecture, or software development 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Machine Learning services Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering Proficiency in Python, C#, PowerShell, or similar programming languages Experience working with APIs, REST services, and cloud security principles

Preferred:
