AI Business Systems Analyst

Description We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst who can help drive innovation across AI, low-code/no-code solutions, internal applications, reporting, and ERP-related initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to research ideas, recommend solutions, and help shape the organization's future direction around automation and application development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across business analysis, systems improvement, reporting, workflow automation, and emerging technologies. What You'll Be Doing + Partner with business and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting + Research and recommend AI, low-code, and no-code solutions that align with business goals and security requirements + Support internal application enhancements and smaller development/configuration changes + Assist with reporting initiatives and dashboard creation using Power BI and related tools + Build and improve workflows within Microsoft and Infor environments + Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders + Gather business requirements, document processes, and help implement system improvements + Support ERP-related initiatives and business analysis efforts within the Infor/Syteline environment + Collaborate with leadership on technology direction and modernization efforts Technical Environment + Microsoft Copilot + Power BI + Power Apps + Low-Code / No-Code platforms + Infor Suite / Syteline (CSI) + Internal business applications and reporting tools Requirements What We're Looking For + Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, or similar hybrid business/technical role + Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation + Experience with Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot + Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions + Comfortable researching emerging technologies and presenting recommendations + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Experience supporting reporting, data models, or business intelligence initiatives Nice to Have + Experience with Infor CloudSuite / Syteline (CSI) + Manufacturing or plant environment experience + Background supporting ERP systems and internal applications + Exposure to AI governance or security considerations Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
