AI Project Manager / Consultant

Job Description Act as a strategic AI consultant to Sephora's AI COE team, helping shape and prioritize AI/GenAI initiatives Drive end-to-end project management across multiple AI use cases (planning, execution, delivery) Manage project intake, prioritization, and workflow orchestration across AI initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams including: Data Science / ML Engineering Product & Digital Business stakeholders Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery Track and manage all deliverables in Jira, maintaining clear visibility into progress and risks Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep projects on track Prepare and present executive-level updates on AI roadmap, progress, and impact Help establish and improve project governance, operating models, and intake processes for the AI COE We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Project / Program Management within enterprise tech environments Proven experience managing AI / Machine Learning / GenAI projects Strong familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems (experience with Claude strongly preferred) Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Proficiency with Jira for tracking and managing project workflows Ability to operate as both a delivery lead and strategic advisor Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including executive audiences) Background working in Big Tech or large-scale enterprise environments
