$65,000-$72,000 annually About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead an AI Server Operations Repair Depot team in Grapevine, TX. This position is responsible for overseeing repair operations, driving KPI performance, maintaining customer SLA standards, and leading a team of repair technicians in a fast-paced warehouse and technical repair environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong operational experience, technical troubleshooting knowledge, and a passion for process improvement and team development. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations Supervise and support a team of repair technicians Organize daily schedules, workflow, and department priorities Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training Assist with hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and employee development Maintain a positive, safety-focused, and collaborative work environment KPI & Process Management Monitor daily KPIs and customer SLA requirements Develop and implement corrective/preventive action plans Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and customer satisfaction Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions following ISO standards Support cross-functional collaboration between departments Inventory & Warehouse Operations Conduct inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory counts Maintain accurate records and training documentation Improve warehouse efficiencies and assist with cost reduction initiatives Ensure proper housekeeping, workstation organization, and energy conservation practices Communication & Problem Solving Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities Resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner Present updates and recommendations to management Build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships Qualifications Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a repair depot, warehouse, manufacturing, or technical operations environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations preferred Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation processes is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to support additional business needs and events as required Why Join Us?
