EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

Required:

An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film and Video Production, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field is required. Equivalent professional experience combined with a demonstrated portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or a closely related creative role is required.

Preferred:

Healthcare or nonprofit marketing experience is preferred. Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video production, or content enhancement is strongly preferred and considered a distinguishing qualification. Summary The AI Video and Graphic Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports Pikeville Medical Center's (PMC) brand, marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. This role leverages artificial intelligence tools alongside traditional design and video production skills to produce compelling multimedia content across digital, social and print platforms. The specialist works collaboratively with the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Digital Marketing as well as the broader marketing team, to develop on-brand graphics, video productions, animations, AI-enhanced visual assets that advance PMC's mission and strengthen its presence across Floyd, Letcher, and Pike counties.
