This is a flexible, on-call position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling Airbnb turnovers independently. The property is a very small Airbnb/hotel-style unit with two beds, one bathroom, and a small patio area. Most cleanings take approximately 30-45 minutes, including laundry. We are looking for someone who can occasionally handle same-day turnovers and communicate quickly when bookings come in. Schedule flexibility and reliability are extremely important for this position. This is ideal for someone already cleaning homes or Airbnbs who wants additional recurring work. Duties Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays Wash, dry, and replace linens/towels Restock and organize the unit Ensure the property is guest-ready before check-in Report damages or maintenance issues immediately Take before and after photos when requested Follow Airbnb hospitality-level cleaning standards Requirements Prior Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation required Strong communication and dependability required Ability to work independently and efficiently Must be comfortable with flexible/on-call scheduling Attention to detail is extremely important Bringing your own cleaning supplies during the trial period is encouraged Schedule Flexible/on-call scheduling Most turnovers occur between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Schedule is provided through the Turnover app ahead of time Some same-day turnovers or short-notice requests may occur depending on bookings Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and reliability Consistent recurring work available for dependable cleaners Opportunity for additional Airbnb properties in the future
