Small Airbnb turnover units Typical clean time: approximately 40-45 minutes per turnover Laundry required Flexible workload: some days may have 0 turnovers, while other days may have multiple turnovers Same guaranteed weekly pay regardless of daily volume Most workdays typically average around 1-3 total working hours Availability required between 11am-4pm Turnover app scheduling system used
