Responsibilities:

Execute connector terminations (shielded wire, coaxial, fiber optic) Perform wire harness fabrication, routing, and installation (including non-prewired aircraft) Apply sealing, wrapping, bonding, tying, and closure techniques per standard processes Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wire diagrams, technical orders, and retrofit instructions Conduct electrical modifications, repairs, and depot-level maintenance Use tooling, fixtures, and assemblies for wiring repair and modification Complete assembly, installation, inspection, and operational/quality checks on aircraft electrical systems Troubleshoot aircraft electrical and communication/navigation (com/nav) systems Follow standard work instructions, job layouts, charts, and electronic orders Coordinate material, tooling preparation, and movement Operate powered elevating equipment (e.g., lifts) Maintain required certifications, licenses, and permits Perform duties across lower electrical classifications as needed Adhere to all safety and hazardous material handling procedures

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance 4+ years of aircraft electrical experience 4+ years applying electrical/electronic theory and systems knowledge Wire harness fabrication, routing, and installation Experience routing wiring on aircraft without pre-installed wiring (green aircraft preferred) Ability to work rotating shifts (1st/2nd/3rd), weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Depot Level/Modification maintenance. Operate a forklift, mobile crane, and riding type electric powered elevating equipment to accomplish work assignment.
