Aircraft Wire Harness Technician / Fabricator LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Aircraft Wire Harness Technician / Fabricator for an opportunity in Wilmington, Ohio.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Wire Harness Technician/Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing of electrical wire harnesses used in aircraft systems or test boxes. This role ensures wiring assemblies meet engineering drawings, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to support safe and reliable aircraft operation. Qualifications and requirements: Must have the minimum tools as required. (Basic Hand Tools) Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors. Must be willing to work any shift. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. 1 year minimum experience in aircraft wiring, avionics, harness fabrication, or electrical assembly Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams / schematics Proficiency with common wiring tools (crimpers, soldering tools, test equipment) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
